The project aims to revitalize idle land by establishing walnut and almond orchards, thereby integrating these crops into the economy and simultaneously increasing farmers' income. Under the project, 30 producers each received 10 decares of land for the establishment of almond and walnut orchards.

Among the agricultural products produced in Aksaray, the most widely cultivated and preferred for snacks are sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. With the integrated seed facility established through this project, the products are collected directly from farmers with minimal handling. Inside the facility, the products are dried at the correct temperature in a drying machine, ensuring that their color and quality remain unchanged. This allows the processing, which would normally take weeks, to be completed in the shortest possible time. Farmers are able to sell their products shortly after harvest, increasing the market value of their produce.

The beneficiary of the project, S.S. Demiryurt Agricultural Development Cooperative, was established in 2005 in Demiryurt Village with 30 members. At that time, the cooperative benefited from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry’s 30x10 investment program (10 cattle for each of 30 families) and began production in a shared barn.

Through the greenhouse projects; the aims are to obtain high yield per unit area, to conduct high-value-added production on small and fragmented lands, to enable production in the early and late seasons, to reduce the carbon footprint, and to promote the widespread adoption of the concept of local production and local consumption.

The project aims to preserve the production culture of Divle Obruk Cheese, a geographically indicated cheese produced in Divle Village, Ayrancı District, which is also a cultural heritage. The objectives are to carry out production under healthier conditions, process the cheese locally, and market it through the cooperative.

Through this project, the aims are to promote the widespread adoption of high-value-added products such as cultivated mushrooms in Doğanhisar district, support rural development, increase the income level and quality of life of the local population, contribute to regional rural development, and foster the growth of the national economy.
