In Kozaklı District’s Hacıfakılı Village, a dam and concrete canals were constructed over Bağlıca Creek in previous years. Over time, the concrete canals lost their functionality and were damaged, causing interruptions in water conveyance.

Within the greenhouse established on agricultural land belonging to the Directorate of Soil, Water and Combating Desertification Research Institute in Karapınar district of Konya province, the project aims to conduct research on medicinal aromatic plants and pasture plants, and to produce their seedlings.

The “Nevşehir New Generation KOP Learning Center” has been established at the Nevşehir Şehit Jandarma Onbaşı Muhammet Can Biçici Public Education Center. The New Generation KOP Learning Center includes: KOP Language Workshop, KOP Technology-Digital Engineering Workshop, KOP Science and Experiment Workshop, KOP Vocational Training Workshop, KOP Science-Game Workshop, KOP Art-Design Workshop.

In fields where dry farming is practiced, fallowing is common. The project aims to narrow fallow areas by introducing alternative production such as black cumin, cumin, sesame, and thyme. This initiative is intended to provide economic returns, implement crop rotation for its positive outcomes, increase the income level, quality of life, and welfare of the local population, and achieve high income from limited land.

Despite the Acıgöl district being a region with significant cattle farming and numerous cooperatives, these producer unions, as is common across the country, have largely functioned only as milk collection centers without advancing further. Through this project, a cooperative consciousness has been established, and in collaboration with the Karacaören Cooperative, regarded as the best in the region, this mindset has been broken. A milk processing facility with a daily capacity of 5 tons has been established to process the milk of local producers, thereby eliminating dependency on external resources.

Through this project, the establishment of a soilless strawberry greenhouse aims to save labor and time, obtain higher strawberry yields per unit area, enable more efficient and planned use of productive agricultural lands, and achieve self-sufficiency in strawberry production for Meram district.
