Through this project, the aim is to ensure the effective production, processing, and marketing of a local bean variety cultivated by farmers, processed by farmer organizations, and marketed by these same organizations. This will be achieved by establishing product quality standards, enabling the use of e-commerce channels, and promoting the product.
Within the scope of the project, the following have been accomplished: the creation of an e-commerce website, the installation of a weighing scale, certification for organic and good agricultural practice processing facilities, obtaining ISO 22000 certifications, and the procurement of machinery for processing and marketing the products.

The Konya Metropolitan Municipality established a glass greenhouse of approximately 400 m² within the Konya Science Center. With the aim of evaluating this greenhouse, it was decided to research the use of our Hydrogen Combi Systems, which we produce and export using local and national resources, in greenhouses with the support of GES, to calculate costs, and to implement a pilot greenhouse application. A significant portion of animal slaughter in the region still takes place in small and primitive slaughterhouses, with meat and meat products often being produced under conditions that are not hygienically or technologically adequate. Small-scale operations lack cooling units, preventing carcass maturation, creating challenges in preserving internal organs, and resulting in the underutilization of by-products. Additionally, carcasses, hides, and internal organs are transported in unsuitable vehicles.

Through Training and Extension Activities aimed at field crop breeding and ensuring the efficient and sustainable use of soil and water resources in crop production, the first fully controlled breeding greenhouse in Konya province has been established at Selçuk University to strengthen educational infrastructure. The greenhouse is designed to create suitable conditions unaffected by seasonal variations, enabling multiple breeding cycles within a single year to shorten the breeding process. Additionally, the project aims to increase university students' interest in plant breeding and demonstrate modern breeding practices, agricultural techniques, and technologies.
