Carried out within the Faculty of Agriculture at Selçuk University, this project represents the country's first domestic purple carrot seed breeding initiative. It aims to substitute and nationalize imported seeds, resulting in the development of the first national hybrid purple carrot seed through breeding studies.

The project aims to process Topaç Village Garlic, produced from local seeds in Topaç Village of Acıgöl district, on-site; market it in semi-processed form through the cooperative; and generate local employment. Within the scope of the project, one Garlic Peeling and Packaging Facility has been established.

The Keme mushroom is a species of mycorrhizal fungus and lives in symbiosis with its host plant, Helianthemum spp. (Sunrose, Rockrose).

Through this project, the primary aim is to meet the seedling needs for vegetables, flowers, etc., first in Meram District and subsequently in Konya and surrounding provinces, thereby activating local potential. It also seeks to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources locally, enhance the competitiveness of producers, and promote the economic and social integration of vegetable-growing farmers. Within the scope of the project, a 3,000 m² seedling production greenhouse has been established for seedling cultivation.

Through this project, the objectives are to utilize pivot irrigation—a novel method in agricultural irrigation systems—in research projects, to reduce irrigation costs over large areas, to decrease labor expenses, to ensure uniform irrigation, and to deliver water directly and effectively to the root zones of plants.

The project aims to increase the added value of shotgun and parts production in the Huğlu and Üzümlü neighborhoods for domestic and international markets, increase production efficiency in line with Turkey's 2023 vision, expand export potential, and ensure the integration of the existing shotgun and parts production structure with the defense industry and other related sectors.
