Through this project, the objectives are to eliminate post-harvest losses for farmers producing in Karatay district, save time and labor, introduce new technologies, develop the technical knowledge infrastructure in the agricultural sector, disseminate new agricultural techniques and mechanization, utilize regional capacity efficiently, and prevent resource wastage.

Within the scope of the project, as part of the training and extension activities aimed at generating income, with the objectives of instilling social awareness in women who are engaged in economic activity within the family and are categorized as unpaid family workers through the trainings provided, ensuring their participation in the cooperative, and providing them with a profession to sustain their own lives, trees are processed to make walking sticks, and stonework with local motifs is applied onto the walking sticks.

The project aims to meet the growing demand for strawberry cultivation in the region, generate high income by enabling off-season strawberry production, create specialized strawberry farmers, promote scientific approaches in agricultural production, integrate female labor into the economy, and provide sustainable contributions to development.

Due to its location at the foothills of the Sultan Mountains, residents of the Akşehir District strive to sustain their livelihoods through very small-scale agricultural and livestock operations.

This project aims to maximize the utilization of geothermal energy resources and fully exploit the associated potential by contributing to the development of innovative and hybrid applications for geothermal energy.

The project has enabled the processing of vegetables produced in the region at a previously supported boutique pickle facility. Furthermore, it aims to improve the infrastructure for the local marketing of these products as a continuation of the project.
