The aim of the project was to focus on activities to enhance the fund-raising capacities of local governments, to encourage municipalities to make more effective use of resources through increased cooperation among institutions/organizations and/or other stakeholders, and to support the development of projects that promote the dissemination of best practices at the local, national, and international levels.

The trainings were held between September 16, 2015, and November 22, 2015, with the participation of 136 attendees from 47 municipalities. On December 2, 2015, a closing meeting and certificate ceremony were organized, during which certificates were presented to participants who successfully completed the program.

 

The project was implemented by the Coordination Unit for Human, Social, and Institutional Development.
