A sorting, grading, roasting, and packaging facility has been established to add value to pulses widely cultivated in the region, particularly pumpkin seeds. The project aims to shield farmers from price fluctuations and increase their income by enabling them to sell packaged products.

The project basin, which includes Güneysınır District of Konya Province, consists of marginal lands that cannot be irrigated and have no irrigation potential, making it a region experiencing continuous migration. Medicinal and aromatic plants are of great importance for utilizing unirrigated, arid, unproductive, and idle lands in rural areas. Through this project, the aims are to extract oil from the lavender produced by farmers in Güneysınır district, thereby improving quality, increasing income and welfare levels, and bringing marginal lands into agricultural use.

This project involves researching the use of Hydrogen Combi Systems, which we produce and export using domestic and national resources, in student dormitory buildings with the support of the GES, conducting cost calculations, and implementing a pilot application.

The Çumra Irrigation System in the Konya Plain, with a net irrigated area of 59,560 hectares, was largely constructed as an earth canal by the Ottoman Empire between 1907 and 1913 and commissioned on 31 December 1913. Due to the inherent nature of these canals, water loss and leakage rates have been quite high, and in addition, because of the geological structure of the land, sinkholes and collapses (known as obruk and düden) have increasingly caused additional water losses over the years.

Due to its location at the foothills of the Sultan Mountains, residents of the Akşehir District strive to sustain their livelihoods through very small-scale agricultural and livestock operations.

The Karatay Bilsem New Generation KOP Learning Center has been established in the Karatay Science and Arts Center building. Innovative approaches are used to enhance the thinking, designing, and production skills of children and young people in the region, with the aim of enabling children to develop themselves through innovative education. The New Generation KOP Learning Center houses the KOP Astronomy-Aviation and Space Workshop, the KOP Technology-Digital Engineering Workshop, and the KOP Science and Experiment Workshop.
