In areas within our region where livestock activities and mobility are intensive, the project aims to support investment initiatives for the establishment, rehabilitation, and licensing of modern animal markets/exchanges, animal parks and fairs, and slaughterhouse facilities. This is intended to enhance animal health and disease control, as well as to develop the trade of animals, meat, and dairy products.

The Karatay Bilsem New Generation KOP Learning Center has been established in the Karatay Science and Arts Center building. Innovative approaches are used to enhance the thinking, designing, and production skills of children and young people in the region, with the aim of enabling children to develop themselves through innovative education. The New Generation KOP Learning Center houses the KOP Astronomy-Aviation and Space Workshop, the KOP Technology-Digital Engineering Workshop, and the KOP Science and Experiment Workshop.

Through the portable sheepfold projects, the objectives are to improve shelter conditions and thereby enhance animal welfare, to prevent productivity losses in animal husbandry, to produce healthy and high-quality animal products, to prevent the establishment of permanent shelters in pastures, to clear irregular structures within pastures, and to develop alternative methods that will facilitate the reclamation of pasturelands.

It aims to substitute and nationalize imported seeds, resulting in the development of the first national hybrid purple carrot seed through breeding studies.
