This project aims to maximize the utilization of geothermal energy resources and fully exploit the associated potential by contributing to the development of innovative and hybrid applications for geothermal energy.

Within the scope of the project, as part of the training and extension activities aimed at generating income, with the objectives of instilling social awareness in women who are engaged in economic activity within the family and are categorized as unpaid family workers through the trainings provided, ensuring their participation in the cooperative, and providing them with a profession to sustain their own lives, trees are processed to make walking sticks, and stonework with local motifs is applied onto the walking sticks.

Hemp is one of the traditional cultivated plants of both our country and Yozgat, and its importance and usage have been increasingly spreading worldwide in recent years. Yozgat is one of the 19 provinces where its cultivation is permitted according to the hemp regulations. The fact that hemp is one of the traditional plants of our country and Yozgat, coupled with its growing importance and usage in recent years, necessitates revisiting this plant, increasing its production, and ensuring the supply of necessary raw materials for industries based on it.

In the region, which historically had a viticulture culture, vineyards were abandoned due to diseases that emerged because the old-type rootstocks were ungrafted.

Due to the majority of agricultural lands being arid and the low annual precipitation level, approximately 40% of cultivated agricultural areas are dedicated to the production of pulses such as chickpeas, lentils, and beans.

A significant portion of animal slaughter in the region still takes place in small and primitive slaughterhouses, with meat and meat products often being produced under conditions that are not hygienically or technologically adequate. Small-scale operations lack cooling units, preventing carcass maturation, creating challenges in preserving internal organs, and resulting in the underutilization of by-products. Additionally, carcasses, hides, and internal organs are transported in unsuitable vehicles.
