The project aims to preserve the production culture of Divle Obruk Cheese, a geographically indicated cheese produced in Divle Village, Ayrancı District, which is also a cultural heritage. The objectives are to carry out production under healthier conditions, process the cheese locally, and market it through the cooperative.

In the region, which historically had a viticulture culture, vineyards were abandoned due to diseases that emerged because the old-type rootstocks were ungrafted.

The project aims to revitalize idle land by establishing walnut and almond orchards, thereby integrating these crops into the economy and simultaneously increasing farmers' income. Under the project, 30 producers each received 10 decares of land for the establishment of almond and walnut orchards.

The project was launched with the aim of minimizing fatal and injury-causing traffic accidents in the provinces of Aksaray, Karaman, Konya, and Niğde, thereby achieving a safe transportation system, addressing the critical issue of “Traffic Safety” in our country.

Carried out within the Faculty of Agriculture at Selçuk University, this project represents the country's first domestic purple carrot seed breeding initiative. It aims to substitute and nationalize imported seeds, resulting in the development of the first national hybrid purple carrot seed through breeding studies.

Among the agricultural products produced in Aksaray, the most widely cultivated and preferred for snacks are sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. With the integrated seed facility established through this project, the products are collected directly from farmers with minimal handling. Inside the facility, the products are dried at the correct temperature in a drying machine, ensuring that their color and quality remain unchanged. This allows the processing, which would normally take weeks, to be completed in the shortest possible time. Farmers are able to sell their products shortly after harvest, increasing the market value of their produce.
