The first phase of the project was carried out by the Provincial Special Administration due to road construction works to be carried out in the region. Within this scope, water was conveyed from the source to the manhole and the main lines were constructed. With the support of KÖSİP, the current project involves the construction of the lateral lines. With the contribution of ₺8,697,855.66 from the KOP Regional Development Administration, the project has been completed by laying 9,786 meters of closed system pipeline, constructing 64 irrigation outlets, and implementing the productions specified in the quantity schedule.

In addition, 62 preloaded control valve units were installed on the 31 irrigation outlets constructed in the first phase. Through these implementations, an area of 206 hectares has been equipped with modern irrigation systems. The number of beneficiary farming families is 400. Furthermore, the project has increased the annual Crop Production Value to approximately ₺17,034,516.
