Project for the Domestication of the Keme Mushroom

Within the scope of the project, the aims are to determine the natural distribution areas and species of the Keme mushroom in Kırşehir, to initiate studies related to the domestication of the Keme mushroom and to establish a model facility, to provide theoretical and practical training (through demonstration studies) on Keme mushroom production, to conduct studies for the production of the Keme mushroom's host plants under the Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Mushroom Research and Application Center, to establish a system to supply seedlings of these plants to producers who will cultivate the Keme mushroom after the project, and to establish a laboratory within the university.
