Apple Harvest Training
Scroll Down
The training was conducted in two stages: theoretical and practical. Participants were informed about sustainable product quality, proper storage, and contributions to the national economy.
Problems encountered during the harvest period included: inaccurate determination of harvest timing, mistakes made while picking apples, shortage of skilled labor, and lack of apple-related skills among foreign workers. The main reason for difficulty in finding qualified personnel is that the labor force capable of working in the sector is increasingly moving toward full-time employment in industry.
