Nevşehir province ranks first in Turkey in the production of pumpkin seeds for snacking. The project aims to prevent producers from being subjected to prices determined by merchants and to enable them to process and sort their products through their local chamber of agriculture, thereby selling them at their true value. Within this scope, a product processing facility with a capacity of 5 tons per hour has been established.

Despite the Acıgöl district being a region with significant cattle farming and numerous cooperatives, these producer unions, as is common across the country, have largely functioned only as milk collection centers without advancing further. A milk processing facility with a daily capacity of 5 tons has been established to process the milk of local producers, thereby eliminating dependency on external resources.

The project basin, which includes Güneysınır District of Konya Province, consists of marginal lands that cannot be irrigated and have no irrigation potential, making it a region experiencing continuous migration. Medicinal and aromatic plants are of great importance for utilizing unirrigated, arid, unproductive, and idle lands in rural areas. Through this project, the aims are to extract oil from the lavender produced by farmers in Güneysınır district, thereby improving quality, increasing income and welfare levels, and bringing marginal lands into agricultural use.
