Through this project, the objectives are to eliminate post-harvest losses for farmers producing in Karatay district, save time and labor, introduce new technologies, develop the technical knowledge infrastructure in the agricultural sector, disseminate new agricultural techniques and mechanization, utilize regional capacity efficiently, and prevent resource wastage.

A significant portion of animal slaughter in the region still takes place in small and primitive slaughterhouses, with meat and meat products often being produced under conditions that are not hygienically or technologically adequate. Small-scale operations lack cooling units, preventing carcass maturation, creating challenges in preserving internal organs, and resulting in the underutilization of by-products. Additionally, carcasses, hides, and internal organs are transported in unsuitable vehicles.

Through the greenhouse projects, the objectives are to achieve high yield per unit area, to conduct value-added production on small and fragmented lands, to enable production in the early and late seasons, to reduce the carbon footprint, and to promote the widespread adoption of the concept of local production and local consumption.

Within the greenhouse established on agricultural land belonging to the Directorate of Soil, Water and Combating Desertification Research Institute in Karapınar district of Konya province, the project aims to conduct research on medicinal aromatic plants and pasture plants, and to produce their seedlings.

The “Nasreddin Hoca World Humor Village Project” was carried out in Akşehir district, which possesses regional cultural heritage and values associated with the image of Nasreddin Hoca, in collaboration with the Akşehir Municipality.

Through the planned wooden demonstration vineyard, which is designed to be compatible with the region's natural structure, the project aims to introduce modern viticulture systems to farmers, enable them to modernize their own vineyards through provided training, and expand production areas. Within the scope of the project, a 6-decare model wooden vineyard has been established.
