Within the scope of the project, a 25 m³ storage tank and a 15-meter-long trough were constructed, meeting the water needs of 680 small ruminants and 220 cattle.

Located in a central position, the district holds an important place in regional livestock trade relative to its scale. With 95,000 small ruminants and 47,000 large ruminants, Eskil is one of the significant livestock centers in the region.

The purpose of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Needs Analysis Research Project is to identify the current situation and problems in the fields of industrialization, entrepreneurship, R&D, innovation, and university-industry cooperation, and to contribute to the rapid development of the industrialization, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystem in the region's provinces in order to enable the provinces of the KOP Region to achieve a more competitive, inventive, high value-added, and innovative economic structure.

The greenhouse projects aim to achieve high yield per unit area, enable value-added production on small and fragmented lands, allow early and late-season production, reduce the carbon footprint, and promote the concept of local production for local consumption.

Among the agricultural products produced in Aksaray, the most widely cultivated and preferred for snacks are sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. With the integrated seed facility established through this project, the products are collected directly from farmers with minimal handling. Inside the facility, the products are dried at the correct temperature in a drying machine, ensuring that their color and quality remain unchanged. This allows the processing, which would normally take weeks, to be completed in the shortest possible time. Farmers are able to sell their products shortly after harvest, increasing the market value of their produce.

The project includes an Embryo Education, Application, and Research Center with a closed area of 800 m2 (Laboratory, storage, veterinary surgeon, administrative, technical staff rooms, semen laboratory, generator room, toilet, bathroom, and changing rooms, sections for working with cattle and small ruminants) and a donor animal barn with a capacity of 30 heads have been constructed, and the necessary equipment and consumables have been procured.
