The project aims to clean, sort, process, and package the produced pulses by removing stones and foreign materials, thereby making them available to the market in accordance with consumer demands and needs. This initiative seeks to achieve higher economic value addition and deliver better quality products to consumers through a color sorting unit integrated into the packaging machine. By enabling high value-added production, the project also aims to foster economically advanced farmers.
Furthermore, the project targets the transition to contract agriculture in the future, reducing farmers' exposure to price fluctuations and enabling them to generate higher income from their products.
